Tabi is a Merchant Banking Associate at Laidlaw & Company, supporting capital markets and merchant banking transactions, including private placements, alternative public offerings (APOs), and strategic financing initiatives across sectors shaping the new economy. His prior experience spans venture capital, startup fundraising, and private market transactions.

Tabi graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Management Information Systems. He is the recipient of the President Walker Award and President Sparks Award for Academic Excellence.
