Mathew Moschovas is a Managing Director of Capital Markets, specializing in providing capital-raising solutions for micro-cap to mid-cap companies, with a core focus on the healthcare sector. With extensive experience in IPOs, secondary offerings, PIPEs, private placements, bridge loans, reverse mergers, and registered direct offerings, Mathew has successfully raised several billion dollars for both public and private companies.

Leveraging his strong buy-side relationships and problem-solving skills, Matthew is known for navigating and executing complex investment banking transactions, delivering customized capital solutions, and adding strategic value for clients in the healthcare space.

Mathew holds a BA in Finance from Montclair State University and is a former collegiate baseball player, where he was a 4-year starter. Outside of his professional career, he is actively involved with the B+ Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting financial assistance, cancer research, and awareness for children.
