Justin John is an Associate on the Global Capital Markets Desk where plays a vital role in executing investment banking transactions and supporting the overall deal process.

During his tenure at Laidlaw, Justin has assisted in facilitating approximately $1 Billion of transactional value across a variety of offering types including, but not limited to – IPOs, Follow-Ons, Private Placements, Registered Directs, and Confidentially Marketed Public Offerings. With a strong foundation in finance, he is dedicated to ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes for our clients.

Justin earned his B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University, where his participation in the Fairfield Investment Group and Rotman International Trading Competition solidified his passion for financial markets.

Justin holds the following FINRA licenses: Series 7, 24, 63, and 79
