Arthur is the Chief Accounting Officer since joining the firm in 2023. Prior to joining Laidlaw, Arthur was a Senior Manager at a national CPA firm headquartered in New York City. Throughout his years in various roles in accounting and finance, Arthur has successfully led teams through the audit, tax and attestation processes for over 20 years. He has worked with a wide range of mid-sized, regional, national and global companies, management groups and firms through a myriad of corporate projects, consulting and business engagements. He has predominantly worked in financial services but is experienced in a variety of industries through his time working and serving clients in public accounting.

Arthur is a graduate of Pace University and resides in Staten Island, NY with his wife and son. He has a CPA license in NY obtained in 2007; a CFE license obtained in 2018; and a FINRA Series 7 license obtained in 2024.
