Mr. Gallagher, MBA, CFA, is an accomplished Capital Markets Executive, Advisor, and Investor with decades of experience in the biotech, diagnostic, med-tech and data healthcare industries at both the operating and board level.

He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Voltron Therapeutics and as Managing Partner of Lucius Partners. He is also Director of “Omics” and a member of the Board of Directors of Ovation.io.

At Lucius Partners, he is responsible for product, portfolio, technology and company identification building supporting teams and providing strategic and operational direction across the portfolio.

Pat was the co-founder and CEO of PD Theranostics until 2024 when he merged the Company with Ovation.io.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Gallagher worked at Kidder Peabody (later acquired by PaineWebber) and New Vernon Associates. In 2001, he co-founded BDR Research Group, LLC, an independent healthcare-focused sell-side research firm, where he served as Chief Executive Officer until 2010. He later joined Concept Capital, a division of Sanders Morris Harris, as Managing Director and Head of Institutional Sales.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Gallagher has held leadership and advisory roles with several healthcare and med-tech companies, including serving as Vice President of Business Development and strategic consultant to Kinex Pharmaceuticals, and as a board member of BioSig Technologies.

He is a CFA charter holder, earned his MBA from Pennsylvania State University, and holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Vermont. He also maintains FINRA licenses 7, 24, 28, 63, and 65.
