Douglas Jacoby has over 25 years of experience as a securities lawyer. He has worked as in-house counsel for several Wall Street broker-dealers/investment banks and served as a regulator, as both senior counsel for Market Regulation Enforcement at FINRA (2012-2014) and, most recently, as Director or Enforcement (2019-2022) and Commissioner of Securities (2022-2025) for the State of Missouri. Beyond his legal practice, he has been a part-time Series 7 instructor for Securities Training Corporation (1993-2008) and an adjunct faculty member at The Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey (2002-2004).
